This study aimed to explore and compare the effects of Yoga asanas and Circuit Training on cardiovascular endurance among 90 male students, aged 15-17. The students were randomly assigned to three groups: one group engaged in a 12-week Circuit Training program, another practiced Yoga, and a third group served as the control. The Peak Flow Meter was used as the dependent variable to measure cardiovascular endurance. Pre- and post-test data were collected, and an ANCOVA test was applied to determine the significance of the differences. The results showed significant improvements in cardiovascular endurance, with a p-value of 0.011, indicating the effectiveness of both interventions.
